Why I continue to use a natural deodorant

Underarms are funny old things aren’t they. Let’s be honest here, we probably don’t give a lot of thought into the best way to look after them and most of us are guilty of slapping on a basic off the shelf deodorant each morning and not thinking too much into anything else.

I shared this post last year detailing why I decided to move to natural deodorant products and the benefits of this for both your skin, but also any chemical you’re absorbing into your body. And I’m back today to check in and let you know of the progress and changes I’ve made.

I started using the Tropic Feel Fresh Soothing Deodorant & Antiperspirant Cream last month and the changes I have noticed have been significant so I felt it was time to touch base and give you guys an update.

This product applies as a cream, rather than a spray, block or paste, and it dries within minutes. The application is the easiest I have come across and I think the packaging is genius! I haven’t seen anything else like this on the market, and it’s both innovative and market leading in its approach.

It has completely naturally ingredients so you don’t need to worry about your underarms absorbing any harsh chemicals, it’s just made from plants!

It smells fresh and slightly like citrus and I have found it to keep me fresh and dry throughout the day with just 1 application where previous products I used may have required a few.

My underarms also appear smoother, less red odorless, which is what it’s all about! I really am so impressed and this deodorant has gone straight to the top of my list when it comes to natural deodorant products.

Tropic are a completely cruelty free and vegan brand and you can buy this directly from their site and it retails for £10.

I’ve never heard of a cream type deodorant but this looks really good I like the packaging too, I’ve always used a roll on but I like the fact this dries really quick aswel x

Great review!! I may have to try this one out, I noticed natural products work better on my body and skin anyway. Do you happen to know if the product cruelty free as well? 🙂
Can’t wait to read more reviews like these on your blog!

Brilliant review, I’m a Tropic Ambassador so slightly biased but love it when non-Tropicnistas can see why we’re so passionate about the products. They’re vegan, cruelty free, free from harsh preservatives & toxic chemicals and they work! BTW love your blog xx
